  11.        _P_e_r_s_o_n_a_l _S_y_s_t_e_m _A_d_m_i_n_i_s_t_r_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e _a_n_d _I_R_I_S _S_o_f_t_w_a_r_e
  12.        _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n _A_d_m_i_n_i_s_t_r_a_t_o_r _G_u_i_d_e.  The information listed
  13.        here is product and release specific; use it with the
  14.        Installation Guide to install this product.

  16.        2.1  _A_c_r_o_b_a_t__R_e_a_d_e_r__S_u_b_s_y_s_t_e_m_s

  18.        Acrobat Reader includes these subsystems:

  20.        _a_c_r_o_b_a_t._m_a_n._m_a_n               These are the reference pages
  21.                                      for the browser.

  23.        _a_c_r_o_b_a_t._m_a_n._r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s          The release notes you are

  26.        _a_c_r_o_b_a_t._s_w._r_e_a_d_e_r             This is the Acrobat Reader

  36.        2.2  _A_c_r_o_b_a_t__R_e_a_d_e_r__S_u_b_s_y_s_t_e_m__D_i_s_k__S_p_a_c_e__R_e_q_u_i_r_e_m_e_n_t_s

  38.        This section lists the subsystems (and their sizes) of the
  39.        Acrobat Reader product.

  41.        You can use Software Manager and the installation
  42.        instructions in the _P_e_r_s_o_n_a_l _S_y_s_t_e_m _A_d_m_i_n_i_s_t_r_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e to
  43.        install this product.  If you are installing this software
  44.        for the first time, the default subsystems are installed if
  45.        you click the _I_n_s_t_a_l_l _A_u_t_o_m_a_t_i_c_a_l_l_y button.  To install a
  46.        different set of subsystems, click the _C_u_s_t_o_m_i_z_e
  47.        _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n button and make your new selections.  Then
  48.        click the _S_t_a_r_t button to launch the installation.

  50.        Note:  The listed subsystem sizes are approximate. Refer to

  82.        using Software Manager.  You do not need to use the
  83.        miniroot. Refer to the _P_e_r_s_o_n_a_l _S_y_s_t_e_m _A_d_m_i_n_i_s_t_r_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e

  86.        If an engineering, pre-manufacturing release of the Acrobat
  87.        Reader has been installed on your system, it is advisable to
  88.        deinstall the Acrobat Reader prior to installing the
  89.        manufacturing release of this product.

  91.        Asian language font packs can be downloaded from Adobe at
  92.        _h_t_t_p://_w_w_w._a_d_o_b_e._c_o_m/_p_r_o_d_u_c_t_s/_a_c_r_o_b_a_t/_c_j_k_f_o_n_t_p_a_c_k._h_t_m_l.

  97.        If you are using this Acrobat Reader with a World Wide Web
  98.        browser other than Netscape Navigator be sure to modify your
  99.        browser's configuration files _m_i_m_e._t_y_p_e_s and _m_a_i_l_c_a_p.  Below

  113.        Making these modifications will let your browser
  114.        automatically launch the Acrobat Reader product if the
  115.        transferred document is in PDF format.  You may be able to
  116.        modify either the system files, or ._m_i_m_e._t_y_p_e_s and ._m_a_i_l_c_a_p
